What is an Apprenticeship?

An apprenticeship is a work based placement where an employer will provide the apprentice with on the job training. As part of the apprenticeship – apprentices work alongside experienced staff in the business to gain job specific skills. Whilst in the work place- apprentices also work towards NVQ's (National Vocational Qualifications) which are work based qualifications.

• An NVQ Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship
